We use PSA TECHNOLOGY as per that IF air is passed under pressure through a vessel containing an adsorbent bed of CMS that attracts OXYGEN more strongly than it does Nitrogen, part or all of the OXYGEN will stay in the bed, and the gas coming out of the vessel will be enriched in Nitrogen. When the bed reaches the end of its capacity to adsorb OXYGEN, it can be regenerated by reducing the pressure, thereby releasing the adsorbed OXYGEN. It is then ready for another cycle of producing Nitrogen enriched air.
We use CMS material from GERAMAN & JAPAN AND We have available major three Models named as MS Model, Palladium DX Model and Copper DX model. MS model PSA NITROGEN GAS GENERATOR is for Nitrogen Purity of 90 % to 99.99 %, DX model and Cu – Dx Model is archives nitrogen purity up to 99.9999 %, In Dx- Model hydrogen content is 0.5 % to 1% which desirable for heat treatment and some of furnaces this model is more popular for Heat treatment applications However Cu- Dx Model hydrogen content is 0 %, means Nitrogen is free from Oxygen and Hydrogen which desirable Electronics parts manufacturing and some of automobile process.

Pyrolysis is a thermal degradation process to produce oils, pyrolysis gas (pyro-gas), carbon-black-char and steel by tyres and rubber products in absences of Oxygen
As in pyrolysis process self-generated pyro-gas used as fuel and tyres are fed to the pyrolyser manually and at the end of the process the steel wire and carbon are taken out manually. This leads to lot of carbon spillage, exposure of workers to fine carbon particles and working in the unconducive environment in the pyrolyser. In some of the plants some explosions also have been reported due to frequent opening of the reactors in the hot conditions.
Environmental and safety concerns in these plants arise due to fire hazards, emission of fine carbon particles and odor nuisance and need for flaring of excess pyro gas.
